At Bengal Merchants, we have divided our responsibilities into dedicated departments to provide a faster, more organised, and more professional service. However, regardless of which department you communicate with, every shipment and every stage of the process remains under the direct supervision of the Founder, ensuring complete transparency, accountability, and quality of service.
Founder & Operations Oversight:
Ahad Bin Ali Ayman: All shipment bookings and initial enquiries begin with the Founder. Once your booking is confirmed, it will be assigned to the relevant department for processing. Although different departments handle different responsibilities, every shipment remains under the Founder’s direct supervision from start to finish.
Logistics Department:
Habib Ullah Fahad: After your booking is confirmed, Fahad will be your point of contact for logistics. He is responsible for receiving products, managing shipment processing, providing cargo updates, and coordinating all logistics-related activities until dispatch.
Accounts & Finance Department:
Al Kavid Nazee: Responsible for payment verification, transaction confirmations, financial records, and all accounts-related matters. Payment-related queries will be handled after the Founder confirms and forwards the required information.
Bangladesh Delivery Operations
Rhittik Saha Shikto: Responsible for coordinating and managing all deliveries within Bangladesh. He ensures every shipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to the customer’s doorstep.
